Creative Egg Painting and Color Theory
From time to time I go onto Instagram live around lunchtime and share some quick art tips and tutorials with my followers. It’s been a lot of fun and I really enjoy getting to know my students a little better on that platform—AND it has given me so many good ideas for video tutorials! I learn as much as my students do (at least I hope/assume they are learning too!)
During the COVID 19 outbreak, I decided to dedicate more time to my audience in order to help lift spirits overall and spread a little love. We’re all in this together, right?
These lives were even more special, the topics varied from day to day depending on what people were asking about. I decided that a few of these were just too good to keep on Instagram, so I have edited them slightly and am sharing them with you today! BUT, due to the different platforms, there are a few different quirks—the comments that people were posting don’t show up on the screen, but I frequently mention people by name and refer to their questions. You’re not going crazy, I promise ;)
Okay, enough chatter from me—here’s the playful and hopefully helpful video “tutorial” of me painting these faux Easter eggs.
