I’m kind of shocked that it has taken me this long to have a pink watercolor butterfly in my collection! Who even am I?? Well, you know when I saw the beautiful Blushing Phantom Butterfly that I HAD to include it. It was just calling my name!
And you know what? It’s so easy to recreate! This is one of those watercolor projects that takes some patience, but not a ton of watercolor skill to make look pretty spectacular! Easy watercolor tutorial for beginners? Yes please!

In this second video, I’m sharing the actual paint to paper process behind this beautiful butterfly! I am even sharing a few tips on how to paint wet on wet as well as what to do if you make a small mistake. We all make them, and thankfully, most of them can be fixed with a little extra water, the right brush and a little know-how!
