Winter Watercolor Painting for Beginners - Winter Landscape
On this cold winter day, I am itching to paint a watercolor winter scene and I hope that you will resonate with that feeling with me! This winter landscape tutorial is a little different than those that I have done in the past—this time I’m staying away from the clouds and sky and focusing on a snow covered wonderland look. Maybe it’s the bright but very grey skies out my window that are inspiring me to try something a little different, or maybe it’s the fact that I haven’t quiiiite finished perfecting my next cloud painting technique for you.
Time will tell ;)
I hope that you will enjoy painting this very easy winter watercolor painting with me:

In this video I'm excited to share some of my favorite watercolor tips and tricks (that actually work)! This is more than your typical "salt" or "crayon resist" tricks that so many people share—instead, these are tools or techniques that have helped to take my fine art watercolors to the next level or have made my life as an artist significantly easier.
